Dr. Graham Blackman

Clinical Research Fellow (IoPPN)

Dr Graham Blackman is Clinical Research Fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King’s College London and a Specialist Registrar in General Adult Psychiatry in the NHS.

His research, supervised by Professor Philip McGuire, and Dr Matthew Kempton focuses on the biological basis of psychosis.

He currently works on a research project called the Baseline Biomarker Check (BBC) study. This study aims to identify whether biological markers, such as brain scans and blood tests, can be used to predict whether an individual experiencing psychosis is likely to respond to treatment.
